NEW Ages 18-24 Months Our 18–24-month program is a fun, interactive introduction to soccer that helps toddlers develop coordination, balance, listening skills and confidence through imaginative play, music, movement and positive encouragement. These 30-minute adult/child sessions give little ones the opportunity to explore, move and play alongside their grown-up in a fun and supportive environment.Age 2Soccer Shots Mini is a high-energy program introducing children to fundamental soccer principles, such as using your feet, dribbling and the basic rules of the game. Mental performance training helps athletes build the mindset skills needed to perform under pressure, bounce back from mistakes, and stay confident when the game is on the line.For middle and high school athletes, developing these skills early creates a strong foundation for success both in sports and in life. Through interactive workshops, athletes learn how to set meaningful goals, manage nerves, communicate effectively, and lead with confidence.

This 6-week SAT Prep Program is built around clear diagnostics and focused practice to help students steadily improve in both Reading/Writing and Math. Each week mixes targeted lessons with timed drills so students can build confidence, sharpen their skills, and get used to the SAT’s pacing. Along the way, students receive detailed feedback and strategies tailored to the areas where they need the most support. By the end of the course, they’ll have a solid understanding of the test, a clearer sense of their strengths, and a stronger shot at reaching their goal score.

Every athlete spends hours training their body, but the true difference-maker is what happens between the ears. Mental performance training helps athletes build the mindset skills needed to perform under pressure, bounce back from mistakes, and stay confident when the game is on the line.For middle and high school athletes, developing these skills early creates a strong foundation for success both in sports and in life. Through interactive workshops, athletes learn how to set meaningful goals, manage nerves, communicate effectively, and lead with confidence.
