Andover Youth Services provides daily shuttle service from Wood Hill, Andover High School, and West Middle School. Registration is required in advance in order to provide the right number of shuttles and maintain the safety of all passengers. Andover Youth Services is excited for another season of the boys and girls high school Varsity Ultimate teams starting this spring! We are opening up registration to 8th grade athletes as well to participate starting this season!The fee for the season of $250/athlete will cover the cost of the coaches, use of facilities, team uniforms (jersey, shorts, practice jersey), transportation with our shuttles and the team registration for USA Ultimate. We will also be hosting a end of the year banquet including senior gifts, awards, and accolades that will be given out at the banquet. Individual athletes will need to register themselves through www.usaultimate.org for a new or renewal of membership through the organization. The fee for each athlete is $40 that will need to be paid for separately. We will be looking to have some parent volunteer to help our coach for both the girls and boys team during games to coordinate throughout the season as well as assisting on our shuttles that will be used to travel for away games. If you are available and interested in helping the team, that would be much appreciated. Please make sure to check off in the question section of registration that you would like to volunteer. This program is overseen by Andover Youth Services.

Andover Youth Services is excited for another season of the boys and girls high school Varsity Ultimate teams starting this spring! Andover Youth Services is excited for another season of the boys and girls high school Varsity Ultimate teams starting this spring! We are opening up registration to 8th grade athletes as well to participate starting this season!The fee for the season of $250/athlete will cover the cost of the coaches, use of facilities, team uniforms (jersey, shorts, practice jersey), transportation with our shuttles and the team registration for USA Ultimate. We will also be hosting a end of the year banquet including senior gifts, awards, and accolades that will be given out at the banquet. Individual athletes will need to register themselves through www.usaultimate.org for a new or renewal of membership through the organization. The fee for each athlete is $40 that will need to be paid for separately. We will be looking to have some parent volunteer to help our coach for both the girls and boys team during games to coordinate throughout the season as well as assisting on our shuttles that will be used to travel for away games. If you are available and interested in helping the team, that would be much appreciated. Andover Youth Services provides daily shuttle service from Wood Hill, Andover High School, and West Middle School. Registration is required in advance in order to provide the right number of shuttles and maintain the safety of all passengers. Andover Youth Services is excited for another season of the boys and girls high school Varsity Ultimate teams starting this spring! We are opening up registration to 8th grade athletes as well to participate starting this season!The fee for the season of $250/athlete will cover the cost of the coaches, use of facilities, team uniforms (jersey, shorts, practice jersey), transportation with our shuttles and the team registration for USA Ultimate. We will also be hosting a end of the year banquet including senior gifts, awards, and accolades that will be given out at the banquet. Individual athletes will need to register themselves through www.usaultimate.org for a new or renewal of membership through the organization. The fee for each athlete is $40 that will need to be paid for separately. We will be looking to have some parent volunteer to help our coach for both the girls and boys team during games to coordinate throughout the season as well as assisting on our shuttles that will be used to travel for away games. If you are available and interested in helping the team, that would be much appreciated. Donation Sorting and Organization: Lend a hand in sorting and organizing donation goods to ensure they reach those who need them most. Ryan “Elvis” Taraskiewicz has taught over 1,000 junior golfers and brings this passion, experience and success to you. We have two hitting bay areas with live interactive golf ball tracking, two state of the art cameras in each bay, two golf radar ball tracking devices and 30-yard synthetic chipping and putting green, proper temperature controlled environment, and so much more! *Positive words can’t describe your reaction to this premier environment when you walk in the door. Dive into the world of code by coding your own space shooter games, trivia games, music bands, beautiful computer- generated art and math simulations or tell a story! Coding can be for kids of all ages! Even beginners who have no prior coding experience before are able to jump in and learn too! Kids learn to code using visual code blocks that represent real programming concepts that scale from easy to advanced. They learn about sequencing, loops, infinite loops, conditionals, events and more. With the Drag and Drop Platform, kids learn to code by creating their own games! Have your kids paint with us. All projects (7 total) will be planned by Magic Brush Pottery and they will teach them designs with a step by step class; the kids will pick their own colors. Pottery will be food safe. Pottery paint is non- toxic and washable. Pottery and the glass piece will need to be fired and will be delivered to the Recreation Department within 2 weeks from the end of the session.This program is run by Magic Brush through Andover Recreation.

Build and take home your very own RE/CO Robot! RE/CO robot is a mechanical off-roading adventure! It comes equipped with an infrared sensor and artificial intelligence. Its ability to be controlled wirelessly, and its tank-like tracks, make it perfect for rugged conditions! With the wireless remote control added, RE/CO Robot can access new play modes like storytelling, singing, dancing, and even programming. Students can enjoy guiding it over all sorts of terrain or allow the friendly robot to lead the way, using its infrared sensor to find a clear path in patrol mode. For parents who look to get the most out of their children’s time, RE/CO Robot is a great all in one package! It combines assembling with 106 pieces, STEM learning with infrared sensors, programming with easy directional commands, and having fun with the freedom of a handy wireless remote control! 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM    AYS - Vacation Week - Day Program - April Vacation (4/22 & 4/24)
During February and April vacation week, Andover Youth Services will be offering a day program from 9:00am-3:00pm at the Cormier Youth Center. In the morning, participants will gather in the gym and hang out for the first 30 minutes. Then we will be offering a few planned activities that the youth can pick from. They will have the opportunity to choose 2 activity offerings to participate in during 2, 45 minute periods. These activities can range from a game in the gym, an art project in the art room, light cooking activity, or time to workout. We will have lunch available for purchase or you can bring your own lunch. The options will be posted a couple weeks prior to the program starting. In the afternoon, participants can choose to play in the gym, watch a movie, open art, and gaming in the lobby. Depending on the weather, we can go on hikes and do outdoor activities. Pickup will be at 3pm, but if your child will be walking home or leaving with someone else, we will need a heads up prior to the end of the day. The goal of this program is to teach the fundamentals of each specific football skill and position so that players will better comprehend and appreciate this fun and exciting sport. Participants will be broken down by age and divided into two groups of 20. *30 minute lunch break provided if signing up for morning program.This program is run by SNL through Andover Recreation.

9:00 AM - 3:00 PM    AYS - Vacation Week - Day Program - April Vacation (4/22 & 4/24)
During February and April vacation week, Andover Youth Services will be offering a day program from 9:00am-3:00pm at the Cormier Youth Center. In the morning, participants will gather in the gym and hang out for the first 30 minutes. Then we will be offering a few planned activities that the youth can pick from. They will have the opportunity to choose 2 activity offerings to participate in during 2, 45 minute periods. These activities can range from a game in the gym, an art project in the art room, light cooking activity, or time to workout. We will have lunch available for purchase or you can bring your own lunch. The options will be posted a couple weeks prior to the program starting. In the afternoon, participants can choose to play in the gym, watch a movie, open art, and gaming in the lobby. Depending on the weather, we can go on hikes and do outdoor activities. Pickup will be at 3pm, but if your child will be walking home or leaving with someone else, we will need a heads up prior to the end of the day. Follow our fun manual filled with vibrant pictures to create up to 62 amazing experiments—like lighting up bulbs, powering spinning motors, and discovering the magic of magnets! But that’s not all! Get ready for jaw-dropping demonstrations, including generating electricity with a handheld generator and watching a powerful magnet work its magic. The goal of this program is to teach the fundamentals of each specific football skill and position so that players will better comprehend and appreciate this fun and exciting sport. Our exciting teaching program includes fun drills and contests that accelerates improvement and fosters a love for the game! Participants will be broken down by age and divided into two groups of 20. *30 minute lunch break provided if signing up for morning program.This program is run by SNL through Andover Recreation.

Kids learn to code using visual code blocks that represent real programming concepts that scale from easy to advanced. They learn about sequencing, loops, infinite loops, conditionals, events and more. With the Drag and Drop Platform, kids learn to code by creating their own games! Have your kids paint with us. All projects (7 total) will be planned by Magic Brush Pottery and they will teach them designs with a step by step class; the kids will pick their own colors. Pottery will be food safe. Pottery paint is non- toxic and washable. Pottery and the glass piece will need to be fired and will be delivered to the Recreation Department within 2 weeks from the end of the session.This program is run by Magic Brush through Andover Recreation.

Build and take home your very own RE/CO Robot! RE/CO robot is a mechanical off-roading adventure! It comes equipped with an infrared sensor and artificial intelligence. Welcome back to the 2024-2025 school year! Block Party is our drop in after school program that runs daily after school (unless otherwise noted). Andover Youth Services is excited for another season of the boys and girls high school Varsity Ultimate teams starting this spring! We are opening up registration to 8th grade athletes as well to participate starting this season!The fee for the season of $250/athlete will cover the cost of the coaches, use of facilities, team uniforms (jersey, shorts, practice jersey), transportation with our shuttles and the team registration for USA Ultimate. We will also be hosting a end of the year banquet including senior gifts, awards, and accolades that will be given out at the banquet. Individual athletes will need to register themselves through www.usaultimate.org for a new or renewal of membership through the organization. The fee for each athlete is $40 that will need to be paid for separately. We will be looking to have some parent volunteer to help our coach for both the girls and boys team during games to coordinate throughout the season as well as assisting on our shuttles that will be used to travel for away games. If you are available and interested in helping the team, that would be much appreciated. Please make sure to check off in the question section of registration that you would like to volunteer. This program is overseen by Andover Youth Services.

Andover Youth Services is excited for another season of the boys and girls high school Varsity Ultimate teams starting this spring! We are opening up registration to 8th grade athletes as well to participate starting this season!The fee for the season of $250/athlete will cover the cost of the coaches, use of facilities, team uniforms (jersey, shorts, practice jersey), transportation with our shuttles and the team registration for USA Ultimate. We will also be hosting a end of the year banquet including senior gifts, awards, and accolades that will be given out at the banquet. Individual athletes will need to register themselves through www.usaultimate.org for a new or renewal of membership through the organization. The fee for each athlete is $40 that will need to be paid for separately. We will be looking to have some parent volunteer to help our coach for both the girls and boys team during games to coordinate throughout the season as well as assisting on our shuttles that will be used to travel for away games. If you are available and interested in helping the team, that would be much appreciated. Please make sure to check off in the question section of registration that you would like to volunteer. This program is overseen by Andover Youth Services.

Real scientists guide youth through hands-on, minds-on activities to catch the culprit!(3-5 Grade) Re-Design Club: Become an Engineer -Get ready for an adventure of engineering and creativity in this immerse 6 week design series. Craft together innovations of simple machines that test repeatability and perseverance. Architect Mars Rovers that utilize heat shields, parachutes, and payload protection. We also will emphasize working on hitting a tossed ball, actively moving, and hitting the ball correctly. Our program also allows for Mini-Games to be played at the conclusion of each day. In this action-packed class, students will learn the fundamentals of Soccer, do drills to develop and improve skills, and play Soccer games. Students will also get the chance to rotate playing some of their other favorite sports games throughout the session including dodgeball, basketball, flag football, kickball, pickle, and many others. If you love sports and variety, this will be a fan-favorite class for you! Come get your game on! At the end of each class, we will discuss current events in sports, learn the importance of maintaining a healthy active lifestyle, and reinforce in-class learning using sports cards and prizes. This class is a fun way to be active, learn about teamwork and sportsmanship, and make new friends! While many of our programs are focused primarily on play, this program dives a little deeper into the intricacies of one of the fastest games out there. Participants will have a chance to learn the fundamentals of hockey, like stick handling, passing, spacing, communication, and rotation, and take part in a variety of mini-games. While the goal of this program is to learn a little more about the ins and outs of Hockey, you can be sure that plenty of fun will be had by all! Do you want to build a zoo? Design a habitat for 5  different types of animals to suit their needs.  How would you build a petting zoo for farm animals? What would arctic animals need to stay comfortable and healthy?  Incorporate your knowledge of each animal group to build the ultimate zoo to take home.  We will study adaptations, the food chain and each animal’s natural environment to provide a wicked cool home.This program is run by Wicked Cool through Andover Recreation.

Andover Youth Services provides daily shuttle service from Wood Hill, Andover High School, and West Middle School. Registration is required in advance in order to provide the right number of shuttles and maintain the safety of all passengers. There is a possibility that your child will not be able to ride the shuttle if registration is not done in advance. This service is free for members and $5/ride for non-members.School year bus pass is available for unlimited rides for $100.*Members & Bus Pass holders: There will be an initial charge in your cart, but once you go to checkout, the fee will be $0.***The program hours are listed from 1-3:30pm because registration must be completed by 1pm the day of service.**Shuttle arrives around 3pm @ Wood Hill Middle      For half days, shuttle will arrive around 11:40am @ Wood HillShuttle arrives around 3:15pm @ West Middle      For half days, shuttle will arrive around 11:55am @ West MiddleOur Block Party after school program from 3-6pm is a separate registration and costs $10/day and is not included in the shuttle membership.This Program is run by Andover Youth Services

We will also be hosting a end of the year banquet including senior gifts, awards, and accolades that will be given out at the banquet. Individual athletes will need to register themselves through www.usaultimate.org for a new or renewal of membership through the organization. The fee for each athlete is $40 that will need to be paid for separately. We will be looking to have some parent volunteer to help our coach for both the girls and boys team during games to coordinate throughout the season as well as assisting on our shuttles that will be used to travel for away games. If you are available and interested in helping the team, that would be much appreciated.
