Andover Futsal League - Futsal League (Boys Grades 1 & 2) Session 2 Sponsored by Andover Recreation and the Andover Soccer AssociationAfter a great inaugural season, the Andover Futsal League is back for its second year! Futsal is a form of indoor soccer but players use a heavier ball which keeps the ball on the ground and improves foot skills. Futsal continues to be one of the fastest growing sports in New England and fosters the development of soccer players at a very fast pace. Andover Recreation and the Andover Soccer Association are once again teaming up to offer this wonderful opportunity to local players. Don’t miss out on this great opportunity to sharpen your skills this off season.Who: Grades 1-8
Divisions to host both boys’ and girls’ teams if numbers allow
Grades 1 & 2, Grades 3 -5, Grades 6-8,
Grades 1 & 2 will be Skill for the first 24 minutes and then play scrimmage for 24 minutes. Grades 3-8 will be league play.
When: Session 1 – Sunday, November 9th – Sunday, December 21st (7 Weeks) Session II – Sunday, January 11th – Sunday, March 8 (7 Weeks) (x2/15, 2/22)Fees: Individual Entry for Grades 1-4 and Free Agents 5-8 $140 per player Team Entry Available for Grades 3-5 & 6-8 – Coaches can enter their teams and then a link will be sent to their coach to send to their teams for individual registration.
