Early Release Slam Dunk Program - South-10/7
SNL Sports will be running an all sports clinic on early release days to provide students with a fun half day activity and assist parents with early release day care. If your child is looking to stay active on early release days and participate in a variety of sports and games, then the SNL Slam Dunk Program is the place to be! Participants will play a variety of sports and games like dodgeball, wiffleball, basketball and capture the flag, to name a few. This program is designed to be all about fun! Please send your child with a non-refrigerated lunch. No nut products! Space is limited so register early.Please note transportation will not be provided at 3:30 pm. Parents must make arrangements to pick up their child at that time.This program is run by SNL Sports Academy through Andover Recreation

Early Release Kid Care Programs - 10/7/26 South: CodeEx
We're thrilled to introduce new vendor-led enrichment programs available on early release days from dismissal until 3:30 PM. These programs give students the chance to explore new interests, develop skills, and enjoy a fun afternoon with experienced enrichment providers. Families can now register for our exciting new enrichment offerings. Please send your child with a non-refrigerated lunch and an afternoon snack. No nut products!
Space may be limited, so be sure to register early!
Please note transportation will not be provided to other schools and at 3:30 pm. Parents must make arrangements to pick up their child at that time.Kidcreate: Participants will complete 2-3 fun, hands-on art projects during each early release session, all centered around a unique theme. Children will explore their creativity, learn new artistic techniques, and take their finished projects home to share with their families.Wicked Cool: Chemistry is crazy and fun! Create shimmering crystals and experiment with bubbling magical potions and fizzing concoctions. Grow glow in the dark crystals and combine acids and bases to make a scented bath bomb to take home.TopSecret: Over the past 30 years, Top Secret Science (www.TopSecretKids.org) has worked hands-on with over 2 million local children. Participants will explore up to 10 weird and wacky hands-on science experiments and will make and take home at least 5 different projects. We will explore weird motions and flying things, air and water pressure; crazy chemistry, light and sound, science magic, electricity, magnets, astronomy and more.CodeEx: Explore, Create & Discover: Participants will engage in exciting hands-on activities that combine LEGO robotics and coding, interactive science experiments like slime-making, and creative story-inspired art projects. Each session encourages problem-solving, creativity, and STEM learning in a fun and engaging environment.SNL Sports: Participants will play a variety of sports and games like dodgeball, wiffleball, basketball and capture the flag, to name a few. In Fantasy Football, participants build their own teams while exploring player statistics, decision-making, and friendly competition, while Photography introduces composition, lighting, perspective, and creative storytelling and creating a gallery that can be shared with families. LEGO challenges children to design, build, and solve problems through imaginative projects, and Pokémon develops strategic thinking, sportsmanship, and teamwork through deck building, trading, and supervised gameplay.*Individuals enrolled in KidCare recieve a discounted rate.
