Rest & Reset
Need an hour to unplug? If you're looking for something calm and relaxing away from the noise, you'll enjoy this opportunity to slow down and recharge.
There will also be space for creative expression. If you enjoy writing, drawing, journaling, or simply want to try something new, you're welcome to participate—no experience or skill required.
Register for all 8 weeks, or as a pop up registration. Attend them all or just come once—it’s up to you! Registration is required for each session you plan to attend.
A notebook will be provided, or feel free to bring your own.
We’ll meet outdoors, weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather, the session will be canceled. There will be no make-up sessions.
