Join our fully credentialed yoga specialist, fitness trainer, and former respiratory therapist, Pat Dumont! On Mondays Active Gentle Yoga promotes flexibility, strength, and relaxation through a series of gentle stretching postures and deep breathing exercises. The class ends with a guided meditation and is suitable for all levels. Bring a mat. On Wednesdays Strengthening yoga will be using bands and weights to help improve muscle integrity. The class ends with a guided meditation and is suitable for all levels. Bring your own mat please.
