Jr. Discovery: Where every morning is an adventure! Skip the beach and dive into Jr. Discovery, the ultimate playtime experience for kids who love fun in a small group setting! Children will enjoy free play, organized games, arts and crafts, outdoor water play, and plenty of fun based on weekly themes. Please bring daily a bathing suit, towel, sunscreen, reusable water bottle, and 2 snacks. Please label all belongings.

Thursday, June 25: Farm Day Grab your farmer’s hat and cowboy boots and join Andover Rec for a fun filled farm themed morning! Catch floating ducks in the “duck pond,” enjoy face painting and themed crafts, and visit a lively petting zoo hosted by Good Pickin’ Farmers. Children and adults can step into the pen to hold, pet, brush, and feed friendly goats, bunnies, ducks, and even a turkey. Don’t miss this hands-on barnyard adventure!
Tuesday, July 14: Musical Performance Day Join us at Andover Recreation at Old Shawsheen to sing, dance, and laugh along with Matt Heaton from Music For Kids. His fun, upbeat performances blend humor, movement, and catchy tunes that guarantee smiles for kids and grownups alike. This event will take place outside, weather permitting.
Thursday, July 23: Olympic Carnival Day It’s game time! Bring your energy and team spirit for a high– energy outdoor summer bash packed with carnival games, action filled relay races, and dive into even more sun soaked surprises. This festive celebration is bursting with nonstop fun you won’t want to miss!
Thursday, August 6: Community Helpers – Truck Day Get an up –close look at the ins and outs of Andover’s fire engines, police cars, and Public Works trucks! Climb aboard, explore the vehicles, and meet the hometown heroes who keep our community running. Plus, enjoy handson fun with arts and crafts for all ages!
*Immediate Family Discount – maximum of $4,000 per summer for Beach Buddies, Jr. Discovery, Rec Park Playground and Warrior Sports (including Warrior Baseball/Football). Early Drop-Off, Late Pick-Up and Swim Lessons included in discount. Field Trips not included*
