Andover Youth Leadership Academy
The Andover Youth Leadership Academy is a four-session program for students in grades 6 through 12 who want to learn how local government works and how they can make a difference in their community.
This interactive program connects Town staff with young leaders to explore how decisions are made, what challenges Andover faces, and how youth voices can help shape the Town’s future.
Each session features engaging discussions, hands-on activities, and opportunities to build leadership skills while learning about civic engagement. Sessions are held at various Town facilities and led by knowledgeable municipal staff.
