Our Youth Leadership Workshops are designed for motivated students in 6th–8th grade who are eager to grow, challenge themselves, and strengthen their leadership skills. Space is limited, and registration is open only to youth who are genuinely interested in developing their leadership abilities.
These sessions are intentionally crafted for our Leadership Empowerment and Development (L.E.A.D) Program: our invitation-only leadership development track for 8th and 9th graders.

This workshop focuses on setting goals, managing time effectively, and organizing tasks—core skills for confident and capable leaders.

Mock Interviews & Resume Development
Facilitators: Chris, Hannah, and HR Team
Students will learn how to present themselves professionally, practice interview skills, and begin building a strong résumé foundation.
April 28, 2025
AYS Activity or Event Creation
Participation in workshop 1 and 2 required. Youth will have the opportunity to co-create, plan and implement an AYS activity or event!
