Age 7-10
During this four-day course, students will explore and play with topics such as self-esteem, body awareness, being your best authentic self, and compassion for self and others. Each day we will be incorporating practices such as breath work, meditation, yoga postures, and journaling, along with a fun hands-on activity for children ages 7-10. Bring a good-sized journal, pen, and a yoga mat if you have one.
