Join Andover Recreation for our Annual Howl-o-Ween dog parade, costume contest, concert, Beer & Wine Garden and much more! Come join us for some family fun! There will be prizes, and fun for all! Pre-registration is only required for dogs to be part of the contest/parade.
Time: 12:00-4:00 pm (Dog Parade 2:30pm)
Cost: $5/dog with all net proceeds going to the Andover Dog Park (Dog Registration required) Other event activities are free!
White Street Band Concert Starts at 12 Noon with Dog Parade Registration Starting at 1:45 PM and Parade Starting at 2:15 pm. Our second band SEE BEE to start at 2:30 pm
