Girls Wellness Academy is an 8-week program designed to boost your daughter’s confidence through physical activity. Guided by Coach Leanne, a positive role model and personal trainer, participants will enjoy activities that promote health and build strength. This program goes beyond exercise—it’s about equipping your daughter with the tools to stand tall, believe in herself, and grow stronger, both mentally and physically. By building a solid foundation now, Girls' Athletic Foundations ensures your daughter is prepared to face future challenges with confidence and resilience.
