Smartphone Film Making

Famous Photographer, Chase Jarvis once said “The best camera is the one you have with you” and this course explores just that. In this course students will be taught to use their smart devices as content creation and storytelling tools that will help enhance their skills as filmmakers. Students must provide their own phones and apps will be provided for download. All other equipment will be provided such as computers, lighting and more. Our classes are led by industry professionals whose skills span both filmmaking and social media

All films made in this class will be submitted to the Boston International Kids Film Festival for a chance to be selected and screened at the festival in November 2024!
