Grit & Gain is an engaging, hands-on program designed to teach kids about the importance of healthy eating, understanding nutrients, and working out. The program combines physical activity, nutrition education, and cooking to help youth develop life skills that promote overall wellness. Over the course of the program, kids will get a taste of both the science behind healthy eating (macronutrients, vitamins, and minerals) and the fun of creating delicious, nutritious meals.
