Sandlot T-Ball League (Spring) • Register • View Cart •

This fun "learn to play" program uses a pre-game warm up of rotating teaching stations to improve throwing, catching and hitting! Then all players participate in a Fun "controlled" mini game! PLAY BALL! Parent volunteers will lead a 30 minute practice followed by 30 minutes of instructional game play. Each participant will receive a t-shirt uniform at the first session and rosters and schedules will be emailed out the week of April 22nd. Please bring a glove, labeled with your child’s name on it.

KIDS CORNER SPORTS LEAGUES
These programs focus on introducing children to a team & game environment, while reinforcing the fundamentals of each sport. At each session, children will be able to participate in skill building drills followed by a game. Through this process children will better understand the concepts of teamwork, sportsmanship, and game play, which will help to make every child’s experience on the field a fun one! A t-shirt uniform is included in each sports league. 

VOLUNTEER COACHING
We would like to extend an invitation to anyone who would like to be a volunteer coach. Your commitment is only one hour per week for either sports league. Recreation relies on parent volunteer coaches to make these leagues successful. If interested in volunteering to coach in either or both leagues, please note during registration and contact Janci Soto at 978-623-8340 or janci.soto@andoverma.us


This program is run by Rec Staff through Andover Recreation.
