Lacrosse 101

Grades K-6
SNL is partnering with UMass Lacrosse players for a skills and drills program. The program is offered to ages 4-11 of all skill levels. For our older group (grades 4-6) the first half hour of the program will be dedicated to players who are brand new to the game. We will work on the lacrosse basics like the rules, passing, catching, cradling, and shooting. Both groups will focus on skills for each position learning from the best. This clinic will be run by former Division 1 players. Players must bring a stick, helmet and gloves. (Girls wear goggles, not helmets).
