Horsemanship Week Two

Ages 7-15
Ironstone Farm provides a fun, educational and inclusive environment for children to safely learn about various aspects of horsemanship. With a low participant-to-staff ratio, we are able to divide participants into different small groups based on their age and abilities. This allows us to provide appropriate challenges for both new and experienced riders. Program for week 2 will explore the perspective of a horse, lead, care for, work with and eventually ride a horse. Horsemanship skills will be taught by licensed riding instructor assisted by volunteers
