GRIT - Fitness Training
This class is designed for students who are looking to push themselves physically, and mentally.
GRIT will focus on improving skills such as speed, agility, strength and cardiovascular endurance. The class will be a great fit for students that are ready to take the next step towards their fitness and athletic goals!

GRIT - Small Group Training
The smaller sessions will provide more personalized attention to achieving goals and building knowledge of safely and properly working out. Participants will improve skills such as agility, speed, sport-specific movement, strength and overall fitness.
Participants will leave confident and heading towards their goals through positive motivation and teamwork among their fellow class peers. There is a maximum of 6 participants.
