Join our fully credentialed yoga specialist, fitness trainer, and former Respiratory Therapist, Pat Dumont in person! Active Gentle Yoga promotes flexibility, strength, and relaxation through a series of gentle stretching postures and deep breathing exercises. Class ends with a guided meditation and is suitable for all levels. Bring a mat.
